“I’ve lived at Avasa at 1604 for about two years, and I want to recognize one employee who truly stands out, Gloria, who takes care of the grounds and helps keep the community clean and welcoming. I often leave for early workouts around 4:15 or 4:30 in the morning, and many days she is already out making sure the pool and common areas are clean and ready for residents. Later in the day, I’ll see her again walking the property, picking up debris, and making sure everything looks good. Her daily dedication makes this community a better place to live. “This place is a great place to live tbh. I would highly recommend. The Casitas were are great. We never really had any issues and if we did maintenance was quick to solve them. Would love to renew our lease but the monthly rent is just a little too high for our liking since we would no longer be receiving the prorated amount of the 8 weeks free they offer.”

“We’ve lived here for about 3 years and our experience has been very positive. From the leasing staff, to billing, to maintenance, we’ve always had good encounters. Barry, Naz, Keisha, Lou, Stephen, Gloria, and the rest of the team are always ready and willing to help and are always a delight to talk to. When something is wrong in the apartment, maintenance is either showing up that day or the next. Any issues we’ve had, which have been minor, have been taken care of within a reasonable timeframe. “According to some of the reviews I’ve seen, I honestly don’t know where you’ve been living, but here the staff has always been super coordinated and quick to solve any issues we’ve had. Everyone is friendly, the manager is really nice and helpful, and it’s a place where you truly feel safe living. They always organize community events that make the place even more enjoyable, and everything is always clean and well taken care of. Overall, it’s a great community to be part of.”
